Charleen is both an experienced inventor and a passionate nurse. She is leading the charge to save nurses, patients, and hospitals through innovative products.

Brian K. Gladden, DBA, is the founder and CEO of The Strategy & Innovation Institute (SI2), a management-consulting firm that helps firms find unmet demand and create uncontested market space through proven strategy and innovation methods. He has a Doctorate in Business Strategy & Innovation.

Janet Bunney

Director of Nurse Training and Support

Janet is an experienced and caring nurse leader with over 25 years of hospital nursing experience. She is experienced in training nurses and has received recognition for excellence in nursing and volunteer work.

Cheryl Verissimo​

Executive Coordinator

Cheryl is experienced in psychiatric, healthcare, and high tech environments. She is also skilled as a behavioral interventionist working with autistic children, as an endocrinological medical assistant, and spent several years as a planner/buyer for Apple Computer.

Dr. Dan Link, MD

Dr. Daniel Link, MD is a Vascular Surgery Specialist with over 51 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Link also provides wound care as a specialist at the Veterans' Administration hospital at Mather Field in Sacramento.
